Terms of Service

QRScanNGo is operated by GigaWebZone LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at Pune, Maharashtra - 410504, India. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean GigaWebZone LLP; “you” means the person or organisation holding the account.

We provide dynamic QR codes: a printed code encodes a permanent short link, and you can change where that link sends people at any time without reprinting. The service also provides scan analytics, hosted pages, and digital business cards for members of your team.

Your subscription covers a fixed number of team members and QR codes for a fixed term. Scans are unlimited during that term.

Accounts are created by us after payment clears — the service is not self-serve. We issue a temporary password which you must change when you first sign in.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure
• You are responsible for what the people you give access do with the account
• Tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access who should not have
• Up to five people may hold sign-in credentials for one account

You agree not to use QRScanNGo to point people at, or to distribute:

• Anything unlawful under Indian law
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or defraud
• Material that infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark
• Content that is obscene, harassing, or incites violence or hatred
• Bulk unsolicited messaging, or any attempt to disguise the true destination of a link in order to mislead

Because a dynamic code’s destination can change after printing, this matters more here than it might elsewhere. If we find a code being used this way we may disable it immediately and without notice, and we may suspend the account.

We aim to keep the service running continuously and we take the redirect path — the part that makes your printed codes work — particularly seriously. We do not, however, offer a formal uptime guarantee, and we may take the service down for maintenance.

We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can, and we schedule it outside Indian business hours where possible.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term you choose, in Indian rupees. Prices exclude GST, which is added as applicable. We raise a tax invoice against the details you give at checkout.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we do not store your card. When a term ends your codes stop redirecting after a short grace period, and anyone scanning them sees a branded “paused” page. Renewing restores everything.

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Everything you put into the service — your destinations, your team’s details, your uploaded files — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it.

We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you upload, and for having told your team members that their details will appear on a publicly reachable card.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or the cost of reprinting materials.

You may stop using the service at any time; your term simply runs out. We may suspend or end your account if you break clause 4, if payment is not received, or if we are required to by law.

If we end your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused portion of your term.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email the account contact before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
