The short version
Full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Even if your account is live and you have already created codes. Email info@qrscanngo.com or call +91 810 8400 599 and we will process it.
What the 14 days run from
From the date your payment is received, not from the date your account is set up. If we take longer than expected to provision your account, the window does not start eating into itself.
How to ask
Contact us by any of these routes and say you would like a refund:
- Email info@qrscanngo.com from the address on the order
- Call +91 810 8400 599 during business hours
- Reply to your receipt or invoice email
Quote your order number if you have it — it makes things quicker, but we can find you without it. You do not need to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear one.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. We start the refund within 2 working days of your request. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5 to 7 working days, occasionally up to 10.
We refund the full amount you paid, including any GST charged. There is no processing fee or deduction on our side.
After 14 days
Subscriptions are for a fixed term paid in advance, and after the 14-day window we do not refund the remainder of a term. You keep full use of the service until the term ends.
If something has gone genuinely wrong — a fault on our side, an outage, a service that does not do what we told you it would — talk to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than hide behind a date.
Cancelling your subscription
There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense: subscriptions do not renew automatically and your card is not stored. When your term ends, it ends, unless you choose to renew.
You can tell us at any time that you will not be renewing. Nothing changes until your term expires.
What happens to your QR codes
When a subscription ends or a refund is issued:
- Your dynamic QR codes stop redirecting after a short grace period
- Anyone scanning a printed code sees a branded 'this link is paused' page — not an error
- Your account data is retained, so renewing restores everything exactly as it was
- Nothing is deleted automatically; ask us if you want it removed
This matters more than it might sound. If you have printed material in circulation, the codes on it will stop working. Please plan a renewal before your term ends, or tell us and we will help you wind down in an orderly way.
Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was taken in error, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, whereas we can usually refund you the same week. We have never refused a refund inside the 14-day window.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the version that applies to you is the one published on the day you paid. We will not apply a less generous policy retrospectively.
