How it works

From paying to printing, in a day.

There’s no lengthy setup and nothing to install. Here is genuinely all of it.

  1. 01

    Pick a plan and pay

Plans are sized by how many people you need cards for. Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. You’ll get an emailed receipt straight away.

  2. 02

    We set your account up

A person at GigaWebZone creates your account, checks your details and emails your sign-in credentials with your tax invoice. Usually within a working day.

Yes, a person. It means your account is right the first time, and there’s someone who knows your name if you need something changed.

  3. 03

    Create your codes

Pick a type — a link, a contact card, a PDF, a menu, whatever you need — fill in the content, choose the colours, and download it as a PNG or SVG ready for print.

  4. 04

    Test before you print

Scan your own code with your phone before it goes anywhere near a printer. It takes ten seconds and it’s the single best habit with QR codes.

  5. 05

    Print it anywhere

Posters, packaging, business cards, vehicle livery, menus, name badges. The image never has to change again.

  6. 06

    Change it whenever you like

New offer, new landing page, moved premises, changed phone number. Edit the destination and it takes effect immediately — for every copy already out in the world.

Where it earns its keep

The same code, doing a different job in each industry.

Retail

A code on the shelf edge that points at this week’s offer, changed every Monday without reprinting a thing.

Real estate

One code on the board outside. It shows the current listing, and becomes the next property the day it sells.

Hospitality

Table codes for the menu. Change a price at 11am and the lunchtime sitting sees the new one.

Events

Badge codes that share a delegate’s details, and stand codes that switch from the schedule to the feedback form.

Healthcare

Clinic codes for appointment booking, patient forms and directions, updated as the rota changes.

Manufacturing

Codes on the machine or the packaging pointing at the current manual — never the version printed in 2019.
